Free gifts and accessories will be shipped separately from the e-bike. While your e-bike ships from our European warehouse, all accessories and free gifts will be shipped from our warehouse in China. All DelgeoBike e-bikes and separately purchased accessories come with a one-year repair warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to wear-and-tear parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, or purely cosmetic damage. Used or modified bicycles, as well as complimentary items included with your order, are excluded from the warranty. For additional security, we have partnered with "Xcotton Shipping Protection" – a paid shipping insurance service offered to you during checkout on our official website. This protection covers packages that are lost, misdelivered, arrive incomplete, or are damaged in transit; claims are processed directly through Xcotton. You can review the full terms and conditions here. Furthermore, DelgeoBike offers extended warranty packages via Xcotton that cover accidental damage and other product defects – including a one-time battery replacement for natural capacity degradation. Packages are available for 1, 2, or 3 years and can be purchased within 60 days of the original order. Detailed information on the extended protection services can be found here. To claim warranty services for manufacturing defects, please briefly photograph or film the issue and send the material along with your order number via email to support@delgeobike.com. For shipping-related issues or insurance claims, please contact Xcotton directly at support@xcottons.com. Thanks to this combination of the standard one-year warranty, optional shipping protection, and extended insurance services, your Fafrees e-bike is protected against both manufacturing defects and unforeseen incidents – for a safe and worry-free riding experience.
