Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 11 reviews.
You'll know the quality of their products the moment you receive them; the packaging is exactly the same as what I'd seen on YouTube before, and they even promise a full refund if the item isn't brand new and genuine, so there's no need to worry about checking the goods. I was able to get on the e-bike I'd been after without a hitch, and best of all, it was much cheaper than the price on the official website.
I've been keeping an eye on this shop for ages ever since I first came across it, but I'd been too nervous to place an order. After reading some reviews, it seemed very reliable, so I went ahead and ordered. I wasn't expecting the delivery to be so quick, and when I unpacked it, the e-bike was brand new. This website really is very reliable; I'd highly recommend it.
Absolutely brilliant bike! It's powerful, looks great, and is built to last. The handling is spot on. I've had so much fun on it already. The delivery was hassle-free. I would definitely buy from DELGEO again.
They really took me by surprise. There were no minor issues when I received the item. Before buying, I'd asked them about the safety of the battery, and they were very patient in answering my questions. That's why I decided to place the order, and I was even more satisfied when it arrived – and the price was reasonable too.
This bike is a blast! It's well-built and feels solid. The power delivery is smooth and predictable, which inspires confidence. The tyres grip well in most conditions. It was easy to set up. A great way to get outdoors.
A really well-made product. The finish is good, with no sharp edges. It's quiet and powerful. I've had no issues with it whatsoever. The customer service team at DELGEO were helpful with a query I had about the charger. Very happy customer.
Superb bike. The performance is excellent and it feels very well made. The ride is smooth and the controls are intuitive. It arrived safely and was easy to put together. I've taken it out several times and it's been flawless. Highly recommended.
Nice bike.easy to use.so far having fun with it. Downside.. its a bit heavier than I thought.
I have cycled thousands of kms in my life some with cycle clubs and some in competition. I had a fall and a new hip and felt less happy on my bike. But i missed it. someone suggesed that i should look at an electric tricycle. I consuted the the internet and found what i wanted. But i must admit at the start i did not find it easy getting out of ordinary cycling habits. but i am sure that with practice I will master the differences and enjoy my new bike. Prehaps i should add that I am 85 years old.
Fast and punctual shipping. Impeccable packaging. I would have preferred the assembly instructions to be more detailed. The bicycle is very well made, solid and with attention to detail. The controls are simple and intuitive. The engine is very powerful and the battery lasts a long time. I am very satisfied with the bicycle, it is perfect for me who has balance problems!
It is powerful and meets our needs for transportation to the market and back. The larger baskets accommodate carrying groceries and sundries from the maker to our slightly rural home. It is built well and operates as intended. The battery is powerful enough to climb a 20 degree hill with a 140 Kg rider aboard. Pleased with my purchase.
